Due to the unique nature of our products, certain items periodically outsell our best inventory estimates. Items out of stock are given the highest possible priority and are filled as quickly as possible.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%! Return any item within 30 days, in good condition, for refund of full purchase cost less shipping charges.

RETURNS:Any part that is not satisfactory may be returned within 30 days. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

PRICES:Due to increases from our suppliers or in raw material costs, prices may change without notice. We try to hold these changes to a minimum.

WARRANTY:All parts are fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship. Liability is limited to the purchase price or replacement of an item. We can not control how products may be used, thus we bear no liability for damages resulting from their use, handling or processing. This is the sole extent of the warranty.

Shipments go by UPS whenever possible , otherwise by Parcel Post. Be sure to give your street address, city, state and zip codes.

Shops and retail customers will be charged 10% of their order total.
There will be a minimum charge of $5.00 and a maximum charge of $25.00.
UPS-Red, UPS-Blue and UPS 3-Day shipments will be charged actual shipping
cost, plus 10% of the order total.
Additional fees are:
C.O.D. fee $5.50
Tube Fee $ $3.75 (for window channels)
Running Board fee $5.50

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Alaska and Hawaii shipped at UPS 2nd day rate (additional charge). Surface Parcel Post: Add 20% of order amount for estimated shipping and handling.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Airmail Add 40% of order amount for estimated shipping and handling UPS International Air-if cannot meet mail size restrictions.

SPECIAL SHIPPING: 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air & Air Freight may be arranged. We do not guarantee these services. We prepare the order and notify the carrier. After their pickup, it is out of our control.

WINDOW CHANNEL & SWEEPERS: Metal edged window channels and sweepers (many "WC" items) must be sent in special shipping tubes. Please include an additional $3.75 for these items. Note: No tubed channels or sweepers over 40 inches in length may be shipped outside the USA. Please tell us how you would like these items cut to comply with these regulations.

RUNNING BOARDS:Please include an additional $11.00 (plus regular shipping charges) for metal-backed Running Boards RB 1900, RB1902 & RB 1903. Special handling is required on these items.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND US BOXES OF OLD RUBBER PARTS.You are welcome to send us items to help identify parts offered from this catalog. (Please include return postage, since samples received without postage can not be returned. ) If the part is not shown in the catalog, we can not furnish it at this time. We are continually expanding our line of quality products and adding them to our catalog.

PREPAYMENT: On prepaid orders by mail we accept certified checks and money orders. Personal checks are also accepted but we reserve the right to hold an order until the check clears the bank.

CREDIT CARDS: Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted. Credit card orders must have account number, interbank number, expiration date, and the name and billing address of the card holder. Minimum credit card order is $25.00.

C.O.D. ORDERS: UPS C.O.D. orders are welcome. We do require certified checks or cash (no personal checks) when delivered. A UPS C.O.D. collection charge of $5.25 is charged to all C.O.D. orders. Please have someone ready to accept shipment with payment when your order arrives.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Credit Cards, money orders, or cashier checks in U.S. funds are preferred. (Made payable through U.S. bank.)
