TELEPHONE ORDERS:  Orders by phone (800) 878-2237 are accepted during regular business hours, CST 8:00-5:00 Monday – Friday.

MAIL ORDERS:  To order by mail, fill out the “printable order form” completely.  Please be sure to note the year, make, model and body style of your car or truck.  You may send any additional information that may be of help or Fax Orders to: 1-763-757-7228.

GENERAL INFORMATION

 SERVICE:  Metro Moulded Parts, Inc. maintains an extensive inventory of parts to provide you the best possible service.  Due to the unique nature of our products, certain items periodically outsell our best inventory estimates.  Items out of stock are given the highest possible priority and are filled as quickly as possible.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:  Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%!  Return any item within 30 days, in good condition, for refund of full purchase cost less shipping and handling charges.

RETURNS:  Any part that is not satisfactory may be returned within 30 days.  All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.  Please call (800) 878-2237 ext.122 for return goods authorization.

PRICES:  Due to increases from our suppliers or in raw material costs, prices may change without notice.  We try to hold these changes to a minimum.

INFORMATION ACCURACY:  We are constantly working to update model information in this website.  No guarantee of accuracy or completeness of any model information in intended.

WARRANTY:  All parts are fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship.  Liability is limited to the purchase price or replacement of an item.  We can not control how products may be used, thus we bear no liability for damages resulting from their use, handling or processing.  This is the sole extent of the warranty.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Standard method of shipping is UPS Ground.  Shipments made to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped U.S. Postal Service and will be charged standard shipping and handling rates. 

Retail customers will be charged 15% of their order total.

There will be a minimum charge of $7.00 and a maximum charge of $30.00.

Additional fees will be charged for:  Some Window Channels & Sweepers, Running Boards and Header Seal (HD 304).  See details below.

Other shipping methods are available. UPS-Red, UPS-Blue and UPS-3-Day shipments will be charged actual shipping cost, plus 15% of the order total.  Please contact us at (800) 878-2237 to place order and get rates.  We will e-mail you a tracking number confirming your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Alaska and Hawaii shipped at UPS 2nd day rate (additional charge). 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Airmail Add 40% of order amount for estimated shipping and handling. Shipped UPS International Air if it does not meet mail size restrictions.

Surface Parcel Post:  Add 20% of order amount for estimated shipping and handling.

NOTE:  Please be advised the pending charges could be higher than the estimated total.  Furthermore, the actual charge posted to your account can only be determined once shipment is completed.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

WINDOW CHANNEL & SWEEPERS:  Metal edged window channels and sweepers (many “WC” items) must be sent in special shipping tubes, an additional $20.00 charge is added for these items.  Note:  No tubed channels or sweepers over 40 inches in length may be shipped outside the USA.  Please tell us how you would like these items cut to comply with these regulations.

RUNNING BOARDS:  Some running boards (“RB” items) will be charged an additional $13.00 fee.

HEADER SEAL:  Item HD 304 will be charged a $20.00 fee.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

CREDIT CARDS:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are accepted.  Credit card orders must have account number, expiration date, name and billing address of the card holder.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds.  Credit cards, money orders, or cashier checks in U.S. funds are preferred. (Made payable through a U.S. bank.)
